ID Technology, a division of Pro Mach, announced today the introduction of its super high speed IDT K-1060 SHS CO2 Laser Coding System, the fastest CO2 Laser Coding System available to the market. The new 60-watt high-speed Laser System prints two lines of text at production rates up to 16,000 units per minute. The IDT K-1060 SHS employs a digital circuitry, unlike competitive laser systems using analog, to control the mirrors freeing the Laser to mark at super high-speeds. Now Laser Coding technology can operate at the high-speed production rates required by many industries that traditionally could not deploy Laser technology – beverage, medical and automotive.

The K-1060 SHS features our unique compact design, as well as, the ability to mark in dot matrix or vector character format for added flexibility. And, the IDT SHS Series is also available in a 30-watt model.

This user-friendly Laser can also be controlled via handheld terminal, remote touch screen or from a remote PC. And best of all, with MACSA's exclusive software you can link multiple IDT K-1060 SHS Laser Coders for even greater control and increased production.
