Abresist Kalenborn Corporation offers KALOCER high alumina ceramic mosaics, in a variety of sizes and shapes including square and hexagonal shapes. Dimensions range from 3/8” x 3/8” (10 x 10 mm) up to 1” (25 mm) length for the hexagonal shapes, with thicknesses from 1/16” (1.5 mm) to ½” (12 mm).
    Mainly supplied as mats at 19-5/8” square, (500 x 500 mm), KALOCER mosaics consist of individual tiles glued to a plastic foil backing.  Various plant components can be lined quickly and easily with these mosaics, even complicated geometries.  In most cases, complex cuts are avoided.  Benefits of KALOCER mosaics include being highly resistant to wear and corrosion, simple to install with epoxy adhesives or RTV, light weight and permanently smooth surfaces.
