Built for high production environments, FlexPower pulse tools  provide durability, power and speed for industrial assembly applications ranging from 4-150 N.m covering bolt sizes M5-M14.

FlexPower tools are designed for safe, reaction free operation in straight, pistol and angle configurations with ¼” female hex and square drive options. FlexPower offers comfortable rubberized non-slip grips for easy handling and excellent thermal ergonomics. How Does a Pulse Tool  Operate?
A Pulse tool has the speed of an impact wrench with nearly the repeatability of clutch based shut-off tool.  Containing precision-machined parts the pulse unit is a sealed chamber that is filled with a formulated hydraulic fluid.  Pulse blades with a custom designed precision roller push the fluid inside the rotating chamber generating hydraulic pressure that produces torque. The air power is power source that spins the anvil and resistance against the fastener causes the pulse unit to activate. The fluid acts a shock absorber providing a powerful reactionless and vibration free nutrunner  that is low in noise and highly ergonomic.
 
Featuring a wide selection of pulse tools, the FlexPower tool provides manufacturers with increased productivity, ergonomics, reliability and quality. Mountz offers the FlexPower pulse tools in an Auto Shut-Off and Non Shut-Off option. The different styles of the pneumatic pulse tools provide manufacturers with flexibility and ability to select the proper tool for their application. The standard In-Line models are available with various models covering a torque range of 5 – 47 N.m.
 
The FlexPower pistol grip pulse tool  models feature an ergonomic grip and Mountz offers various models covering a torque range of 5 – 148 N.m. FlexPower is also offered in an angle configuration covering a torque range of 8.5 - 60 N.m. Angle nutrunners  are ideal for applications that have limited space restrictions and require a bolt or fastener to be tightened accurately.
