CGW-Camel Grinding Wheels introduces Premium Quickie Cut™ Cut-Off Wheels for use with metals, including stainless steel. The new line of Premium Quickie Cut Cut-Off Wheels expands CGW’s existing Quickie Cut line of cut-off wheels. Using advanced technology, the flexible Premium Quickie Cut Cut-Off Wheels cut 14 percent more than the best-producing cut-off wheels in the same category. Designed for enhanced free-cutting action, the new wheels require less effort while eliminating the wheel sticking in aggressive work pieces. In addition, the new wheels reduce stress on the work piece by causing minimal burning, and reduce the need for extra cleaning and/or debarring.             

Premium Quickie Cut Cut-Off Wheels for metal and stainless steel are type 1 shape, made from aluminum oxide grain with 60 grit size and are 0.035-inches thick. The new cut-off wheels are available in 4-1/2- and 5-inch diameters with 7/8-inch arbor holes. The wheels are contaminate free, containing less than 0.1 percent iron, sulfur or chlorine for rust-free and corrosion-free results. The new Premium Quickie Cut Cut-Off Wheels are ideal for work on thin sheet metals, metal and stainless fabrication, small cross-sections and steel reinforcements. “The new Premium Quickie Cut Cut-Off Wheels are powerhouse cut-off wheels.
