A portable Pipe Clamp System with automatic feed is available from CS Unitec for use with the company's Portable Pneumatic Hacksaw (Hacksaw model 5 1212 0010).

This System easily attaches to the Hacksaw and the pipe. It operates off of the same 90 psi air supply as the saw.

This self-feeding device saves time and money by facilitating automatic cutting of pipe up to 30 in. in diameter. It eliminates manual cutting and makes the operation faster and safer.

The automatic feed pipe clamp system is ideal for pipe maintenance and demolition.

CS Unitec's 1.5 HP Pneumatic Hacksaw (Model 5 1212 0010) has a stroke of 2-3/8 in. and up to 350 strokes per minute. It will cut 4 in. up to 30 in. diameter pipe in one pass. It will make 90 deg cuts when it is attached to the pipe clamp. This saw is particularly suited to many demanding offshore oil and gas, refinery, chemical plant, pipeline, utility and construction applications. It operates at 90 PSI and requires 57 cubic feet per minute of air volume.

The complete system, hacksaw and clamp, weighs only 43 lbs. High speed saw blades are available up to 37 in. long. Special hacksaw blades containing molybdenum alloy are available to cut stainless steel and super alloy pipe.
