Rite-Hite Corporation introduces the AirLine™ Fabric Air Tunnel, a uniquely designed device that cost-effectively cools people who work in picking, sorting, and/or light assembly environments. The result is more comfortable employees, which ultimately contributes to improved productivity.

The AirLine fits where there isn’t room for larger ceiling fans, including High-Volume/Low-Speed (HV/LS) fans, and it serves as an attractive alternative to traditional floor and wall-mounted fans since it delivers balanced ambient airflow where it’s needed most. It also consumes less electricity than most floor- and wall-mounted fans used to cool similar spaces. Additionally, the AirLine eliminates airflow obstructions and noise issues commonly associated with traditional fans. Since the unit is mounted above the floor, it eliminates clutter and tripping hazards for improved safety.

The AirLine consists of a continuous-duty blower and a silver fabric air tunnel made from a fire-retardant polyester weave. Spot-On™ Air Outlets, which are two inches in diameter and spaced at 15-inch intervals, are directed at 5 o’clock and 7 o’clock positions for the most effective distribution of air. The air tunnel is available in lengths of up to 80 feet, in 10-foot increments. Designed for easy installation, the air tunnel’s incremental lengths zipper together.

The AirLine can be mounted to ceilings or decks, columns, structural walls, or floor-mounted posts. Also available are optional extension brackets so that users can mount the unit to the ceiling and position the AirLine at a lower height. The AirLine’s unique tensioning system keeps the air tunnel fully extended at all times. A control station allows for simple and safe operation.

Mounting hardware is shipped with the unit. Fabric color options include black, white, taupe, green, blue, or red. The AirLine is backed by Rite-Hite’s one-year customer satisfaction guarantee. A one-year warranty covers the blower and control station, while the fabric air tunnel is covered by a five-year warranty.
