Officials at Ohio Magnetics, Inc. announced they are adding and introducing a new product, the new Model 58 SLS lifting magnet, to their SUPER LOADSTAR Magnet Series. The new 58 inch diameter, Model 58 SLS, is an electro-lifting magnet. Ohio Magnetics, Inc. is a subsidiary of HBD Industries, Inc. one of the largest industrial product suppliers in the US.

The 58 SLS- SUPER LOADSTAR features a solid cast case construction. It offers customers a lifting magnet that has a deep field design, greater lifting capacity than other existing size magnets, increased duty-cycle for enhanced magnetic operation and it provides for a cooler
operating temperature for extended service life. Technical specifications for this new model include the following: Cold Amps @230 Volts -56, Generator KW -13 and the magnet weighs 4.900 lbs.
