Aremco-Bond 616, a new silver-filled, low-cost, high temperature, electrically and thermally conductive adhesive is designed for electrical and electronic assembly applications to 360°F (182°C). The advanced, two-part, electrically and thermally conductive adhesive is formulated using low-cost silver-coated glass spheres.
