Simplex manufactures modular products for process isolation, including AirLock cleanrooms, AirBlock curtains and softwalls, SIS cleanrooms and frames, and a complete selection of strip doors. Materials include hardwalls, transparent vinyls, ESD-resistant materials and vinyls to protect against harmful UV, laser or welding procedures. Also available: FlexSim-FRTM softwall curtains, meeting ASTM E-84 Class 1 flame/smoke ratings, NFPA -701 and Title 19 for California Fire Marshal. FlexSim ses non-phthalate plasticizers and non-halogen additives. Available in anti-static formula with built-in ESD inhibitors. Developed and produced in USA.
