Henkel Corporation (http://www.henkelna.com) has introduced an industrial-strength, phosphate-free acid pickle, Bonderite(R) Deoxidine(R) 216(TM), designed to clean inorganic soils off of metal surfaces.

Formulated to thoroughly clean rust, laser scale, weld scale and unwanted oxides while protecting the base metal, Bonderite(R) Deoxidine(R) 216(TM) prepares steel parts and components for conversion coating.  This acid pickle is approved for use with Henkel Bonderite(R) conversion coatings.

Bonderite(R) Deoxidine(R) 216(TM) is a robust product that performs equally well at ambient temperatures and at elevated operating temperatures up to 180 degrees F.  This acid pickle can be applied via spray or immersion systems.
