Schroeder Industries: QLF15 Base-Ported Filter

Schroeder Industries, a recognized leader in filtration and fluid conditioning products, introduces its QLF15 Base-Ported Filter, offering the highest flow capacity of any hydraulic filter in its line-up. The QLF15 is ideal for mining, steel mills and pulp and paper applications.

The L-ported design of the QLF15 allows for installation flexibility.  Capable of high flow rates up to 500 gpm (or 1900 L/min), the QLF15 is equipped with a fast acting stainless steel bypass valve.  Available in re-cleanable metal mesh, plastic coreless or deep-pleated media for higher dirt holding capacity, the QLF15 has a maximum operating pressure of 1500 psi (100 bar), and a temperature range of -20°F to 225°F (-29°C to 107°C).

Available in both 16” and 39”, is designed with a porting base and cap of ductile iron, and an element case of steel.  The QLF15 is also available in a stainless steel version for water filtration.
