Master Bond Polymer System Supreme 3AOHT is a one component thermally conductive, electrically isolating epoxy. This storage stable, heat curing, toughened epoxy resin formulation is especially well suited for high speed production operations. Master Bond Supreme 3AOHT features superior strength properties after exceptionally fast cures as little as 5-10 minutes at 300°F or 20-30 minutes at 250°F. Adhesive properties to both metallic and nonmetallic substrates including ceramics, PCB’s and most plastics are excellent and are maintained even after severe temperature cycling and/or mechanical shocks and vibration. The shelf life at 75°F is 6 months without refrigeration. Master Bond Supreme 3AOHT epoxy resin system is excellent thermal conductor while at the same time maintaining electrical insulation properties. The enhanced heat transfer of this compound is particularly important since in advanced electronic circuitry, where miniaturization enhances the need for more effective heat dissipation, Supreme 3AOHT is an ideal solution for this problem.
