The OMEGALUX® QF Series heaters are the most popular infrared panel heaters used in a wide variety of applications. The QF series panel heaters' radiant surface is constructed through a patented process using bonded high temperature quartz ceramic cloth allowing for a maximum operating temperature of 870°C (1600°F) with a quick response time. The precision iron/chromium/aluminum resistance coil provides a uniform emission over entire heating surface for an extended life expectancy. The high temperature insulation prevents heat loss and the stainless steel terminals provide easy power connection all packaged in a sturdy heat resistant, heavy gauge aluminized steel frame. Heating applications include; paint drying, plastic forming, wave soldering, silk screening, laminating, moisture removal, and thermo forming.
