Sealed Air’s Bubble Wrap® brand now offers recycled grade cushioning with a minimum of 50 percent pre-consumer recycled content, the highest recycled content minimum for air cellular cushioning on the market. The material incorporates a high-level of pre-consumer recycled content with the patented Barrier Bubble® technology of Bubble Wrap® brand products, so the cushioning retains air longer, providing superior protection and promoting reusability of the packaging material.
Sealed Air introduces the Instapak® Complete™ system, offering faster, more reliable production of Continuous Foam Tubes (CFTs) with minimal foam
usage. The new high-performance foam-in-bag system is designed with today’s source reduction considerations and dimensional weight parcel shipping fees in mind, producing foam tubes with diameters as little as 1 inch, which can allow for material reduction and reduced cube package design.
Instapak® TempGuard™ Cold Chain Packaging
is a high performance solution uniquely suited to keep temperature-sensitive products safe during
shipment. Because Instapak® polyurethane foam is proven to insulate better than expanded
polystyrene (EPS), products can be kept colder for longer, allowing companies to choose more
cost-effective options than overnight priority shipping.
Packaging operations now have a faster and
more effective void-fill solution with the Rapid Fill® system from Sealed Air. The new
automated system inflates a void-fill bag within an enclosed carton, offering maximum
protection by minimizing movement of the package’s contents.
