Donaldson Torit solves a growing need for better filtration, reduced operational cost, and greater flexibility in baghouse dust collection with the launch of its Torit PowerCore dust collectors with PowerCore filter packs. An extension of Donaldson Company’s patented PowerCore technology, well-proven in engine filtration, Torit PowerCore dust collectors are smaller and smarter than traditional baghouse technologies.
Donaldson Torit announces its Ultra-Web nanofiber technology line now includes an even higher efficiency cartridge filter that delivers longer filter life, cleaner air and greater energy savings. Ultra-Web SB, certified by independent lab tests at MERV 15 efficiency, is the latest extension of this dust collection technology that is backed by 80 issued & pending patents worldwide and has performed 25 years in the field.
Donaldson Torit offers 3 types of rotary valves designed for use as airlocks with dust collectors, to automatically and continuously transfer dust from the hopper to a conveying system or collection container. The valves can also be used in conjunction with a pneumatic conveying system or as metering devices.
