Techniks DualDRIVE holders eliminate the gap left between the toolholder flange and the spindle face to provide increased rigidity and accuracy when cutting. Use DualDRIVE when high metal removal rates, higher feed rates, and/or machining at extended lengths is desired.
Techniks new milling chuck features a full-flange stop that prevents overtightening the nut, and increases rigidity for improved cutting. There is no need to use a torque wrench to properly tighten the nut. Simply turn the nut with the provided hook wrench until it seats against the stop, and the tool is ready to use.
Steel sealed collets are available for ER 16 to ER 40 size holders. We stock all standard sizes
from 3/32" to 1" for coolant-thru-tool shank sizes. Steel sealed collets work with ER holders &
nuts with a coolant-thru retention knob, or with DIN coolant style holders.
Techniks BohrSTAR kit combines the range and rigidity machinists need without sacrificing accuracy. The BohrSTAR kit does not require special training to use, and all components are easy to assemble.
