Joystick models range from compact finger operated to heavy mill duty controllers. Each joystick is application engineered to your specific requirements. Their single axis controllers are utilized in the Metals Industry for In-Plant Process Control and in the Mobile Equipment market. For harsh environments cast controllers sealed to NEMA 4 are available.
The armchair systems from J.R. Merritt allow a multitude of comfort adjustments and will accommodate operators of all statures. Joystick controllers, pilot devices, displays, gauges, and monitors can be built into the consoles according to customers' specifications. There is a wide variety of manual and motorized adjustment options to choose from that will additionally further enhance the operator's comfort and perfomance.

J.R. Merritt Controls, Inc. now offers a single axis, Hall effect joystick derived from their popular, ultra-rugged PRO-4 potentiometric joystick. The new PRO-4H joystick offers the same durable mechanics as the PRO-4, enhanced with the improved life cycle of a non-contacting Hall effect proportional output device.
The MG25 is a rugged, large displacement twist handle control that gives the operator intuitive control in applications requiring rotational or bi-directional motion. The +/- 75 degree displacement provides the operator with smooth, wide resolution control in a variety of applications.
The RHS handle can be supplied with or without a rocker or pushbutton switch in the top. A ribbed handle surface provides a positive, yet comfortable grip for the operator.
The HFC-100 fixed armchair system is designed by J.R. Merritt to provide the ultimate in operator comfort. The standard seat of this system has a high backrest for the ideal amount of back and side support.
