A-B-C’s new Model 70 Dual-Head Partition Inserter opens and inserts up to 50 partitions per minute, while cycling at a conservative 25 cycles per minute, providing high speed performance while minimizing machine operating expense and wear.
– A-B-C Packaging has introduced a high speed overhead orienter that accepts product for palletizing and turns it 90°, 180°, or 270° to automatically form the optimal pallet configuration for each product. The orienter can turn bags to form pallets with “butts-out” bag orientation, and rotate cases and trays for pallets requiring specific panel orientation.
A-B-C’s Model 70 partition inserter automatically opens and inserts lightweight chipboard or corrugated partitions into RSC, HSC, and Tablock cases at speeds to 35 cases per minute utilizing efficient servo technology that ensures positive, high speed reliability.
A-B-C’s Model 335 case erector gives packagers optimum flexibility to erect and seal regular slotted (RSC), half slotted (HSC), and tablock cases. Case style changeover is easy, requiring minimum downtime and no change parts.
