Teflon® FEP and PFA Films are transparent, tough, inert to outdoor exposure, chemically inert and have excellent dielectric strength. Films are a good fit for Solar Panel applications. Can be heat sealed, thermoformed, vacuum formed, heat bonded. Thickness from .001” to .020”.
Silicone sheeting can solve problems of demanding applications involving heat, release, chemicals, insulation, compression, stability, wear and tear. Forms: Solid, Coated, Sponge, Foam. Available with pressure sensitive adhesive. Can be Die Cut. Grades: Commercial, Medical, FDA, Translucent. Uses: Press Pads, Embossment Sheets, Gaskets & Stoppers, Insulation, Shielding, Cushioning.
CS Hyde announces new capabilities of High Speed Sheeting to your custom requirements. Ordering materials in a pre-sheeted form is very cost effective and quick. Common materials include PTFE Coated Glass, Teflon, UHMW, Kapton, Silicone. Materials with adhesive can also be sheeted. Customer-provided materials are welcome.
CS Hyde announces new capability to laminate Silicone Adhesive to various substrates (PTFE, Silicone, PEEK, PVDF, Ultem, etc). Silicone Adhesive has higher temperature range and clean release. Silicone and Acrylic Adhesive Laminations can be Custom Die-Cut, Sheeted, Lined, Private-labeled. Customer-provided materials are welcome.
